Out-of-stock variants appear greyed out. If an item goes out of stock before delivery, we'll contact you immediately to arrange a substitute of equal or greater value, or process a full refund.
Yes! Use the product request form on our contact page. We regularly update inventory based on requests. If we can source it, we'll add it and notify you.
Yes! We carry Normal (NP), Ride (R), Fly-Ride (FR), Neon Fly-Ride (NFR), and Mega Neon Fly-Ride (MFR) variants for most pets.
No minimum. Buy a single item or fill your cart. We also offer bulk discounts and flash sales β watch our homepage for deals.
Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes. During peak hours it may take 1-2 hours. In rare cases, weekend/holiday deliveries can take up to 24 hours.
After purchase, go to My Orders β Claim. Enter your Roblox username, accept our friend request, join our private Adopt Me server, and we'll trade you the items directly.
Check your Roblox friend requests first. If nothing arrives, contact us immediately. We guarantee delivery or a full refund β no exceptions.
Items go to the username you specify during claim. Make sure it's correct and friend requests + trading are enabled. We cannot recover items sent to wrong usernames.
You can update it during claim before delivery starts. Once trading begins, changes cannot be made.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, Amazon Pay and Cash App Pay for payments in US dollars, iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact and EPS for payments in euros, pay later with Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm where available, plus crypto: USDC and other US-dollar stablecoins from your own wallet. You can also pay through our team: an agent sends the payment details in your delivery chat. Prices show in your local currency, and checkout shows the currency you are charged in.
Where available for your country and order, choose Pay later at checkout and pay with Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm; they decide which plans you can use. There is no fee for it, and nothing is charged until we approve the order.
At checkout choose Crypto, then pay from your own wallet (MetaMask, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet and most others) with USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base or Tempo; customers in the US can also use USDP or USDG. It is charged in US dollars with a 1.5% fee, up to $10,000 per order, and you need a little of the network's own coin for its network fee. Only stablecoins are accepted: Bitcoin, Ether and other coins can't be used.
Yes! Undelivered orders get a full refund. Delivered orders are reviewed case-by-case. See our refund policy.
We never see or store card details. Stripe and PayPal handle everything with PCI-DSS Level 1 certification and 256-bit SSL encryption.

You earn 1 reward point for every $1 you spend. Redeem points for discounts on future orders or spend them on raffle entries β your balance is always visible on your account page.
We show prices in the currency of your country; you can change it at the bottom of any page. Card and PayPal payments are charged in the currency you see at checkout, so there is no conversion if your card uses the same currency. Crypto payments are always in US dollars. Paying through our team, the agent tells you the amount in the chat.
Yes, a free account is required to place orders. It lets us track purchases, accumulate reward points, and provide order history. Sign up with email or Google in seconds.

Go to Account Settings to update your info. If you signed up with Google, you can set a password in settings to enable email login too.

NEVER. We only need your Roblox username for friend requests and trading. If anyone claiming to be from GetPets asks for your password, it's a scam β report it to us.

Trading is a normal Adopt Me feature. While Roblox doesn't officially endorse real-money trading, the risk is minimal. We've never had a customer report being banned.
